We manufacture High carbon,Low carbon,Mild Steel & Galvanized wires of various sizes & grades. We also manufacture RQ / FQ wires which are used for making outer and Inner Wire / Strand for making Control Cables.
Spring Steel Wires
High carbon wires/Spring steel wires are manufactured from size 0.26 mm to 10 mm(Various grades),oiled and packed, widely used by various spring manufacturers/auto component/agricultural equipments manufacturing companies.
Rope Wires
We Manufacture these wires from 0.26 mm to 1.60 mm both in galvanized and non-galvanized (Black) condition. These are used for making wire ropes of various size and Auto Control Cables (Clutch cable, Brake Cable etc). These are supplied both in coil and spool condition.
Outer for Auto Control Cables
We manufacture these FQ(Flattening quality)/RQ(Rolling quality) from 1.10 mm to 2.20 mm both in galvanized and non-galvanized (Black) Condition. These are used for making outer for Auto Control Cables, Helical Springs etc.
Crimping Wires
These special grade carbon steel wires from 1.60 mm to 8.00 mm are used for making Crimped wire mesh and wire net.
Mattress & Car Seat Spring Wires
Due to their special application, Mattress & Car-Seat spring require wires manufactured from specific grade and specific manufacturing process. We make these wires from 1.40 mm to 4.00 mm.
Steel Wire for Shots
Steel wire shots are used for shot blasting applications for cleaning, descaling etc. We manufacture these wires from 0.50 mm to 1.80 mm in unoiled conditions with UTS as per customer requirements.
Spoke Wires
We also manufacture Cycle/Two wheeler spoke wires sizes ranging from 1.80 mm to 2.70 mm with carbon content from 0.35% to 0.45%.These wires are widely used by cycle and two wheeler manufacturers
OFC / Power cable applications
The company also makes wires to meet specific needs of power companies and OFC manufacturers. These include strengthening embedded member for OFC, stranded messenger wires of various sizes for OFC (for figure of 8) and galvanized wires for armouring purpose. We can supply the black/GI wire and strand in various sizes, weight and length in spools upto 750mm flange size.
Rope & Inner wire / Strand Section
RKSS has installed the latest imported State of the Art Tubular Stranding machines. We make high carbon wire ropes upto 6.00mm depending on cosntruction. We also manufacture inner wire/strand which are used for making Auto Control Cables.
